Lacrosse Rib Pad

Lacrosse Goalies???

Should i wear a chest protector with shoulder pads or shoulder pads with rib pads? elbow guards or not? shin guards? And would padded Goalie pants help?

If you are playing box (indoor) lacrosse, then you should wear the equipment that you mentioned. If you are going to be playing field (outdoor) lax, then wearing all of that is a little much. The majority of college goalies (field lax) you will see wearing a chest protector, throat guard, helmet, cup, and gloves. That’s it. Shoulder pads, rib pads, and elbow pads are just going to slow you down. Shin guards and padded goalie pants are a little much and people would probably make fun of you.
